PURPOSE:To prevent the speed change shock by allowing a throttle valve to be driven through the first prime mover gear in correspondence with the stepping-on of an accelerating pedal or through the second prime mover gear by a driving motor and installing a turn restricting device on the first prime mover gear. CONSTITUTION:A gear 4 is fixed onto the valve shaft 3 of a throttle valve 2, and the large gear 68 of a differential gear device 6 consisting of a pair of bevel gears 61 and 62 and small bevel gears 66 and 67 is meshed with the gear 4. The first and second prime mover gears 7 and 8 are meshed with the bevel gears 61 and 62, and the first driving gear 7 is turned through a wire 25, turn restricting device 12, and a segment type disc 11 by the stepping-on of an accelerating pedal 13. The second prime mover gear 8 is turned by an electronic-control actuator 17. The turn restricting device 12 restricts the turn of the first prime mover gear 7, since the throttle valve 2 is temporarily closed during traction control or at the speed change timing of an automatic transmission.
