PURPOSE:To make it possible to continue cooking even in case of the tentative state of overloading or locking by supplying sufficient operating current to an overcurrent circuit breaker when the overcurrent is detected again after a certain time by detecting continuously the overcurrent of a motor for a certain time by means of an operation circuit or by detecting the overcurrent. CONSTITUTION:A overcurrent circuit breaker 2A is connected to a motor 1A in series, and the overcurrent detection.operation.overcurrent circuit breaker operating circuit 3A is connected to the circuit in parallel. In this circuit, when the motor 1A is in a state of overloading or locking and the overcurrent flows, the overcurrent is detected by the overcurrent detection.operation.overcurrent circuit breaker operating circuit 3A. When the overcurrent is detected again after passing a certain time or when the overcurrent is detected continuously for a certain time, the sufficient current capable of operating flows to the overcurrent circuit breaker 2A from aa point by operating an overcurrent circuit breaker operating circuit 3 immediately, and a breaking operation is performed by a by-pass circuit being branched from bb point.
