PURPOSE:To perform measurement simply and highly sensitively, by using colored latex, and capturing grown aggregated latex particles with a thin film having a direct hole. CONSTITUTION:A tapered hole 6 is provided at one end of a carrier 1. A thin film 2 having a cylindrical direct hole is fixed to said hole with adhesive tape 7. The device is attached to an adsorbing well 3, to which a filtering late 4 is provided. Red latex anti-hcG-d monoclonal antibody suspension liquid and red latex anti-hcG-beta monoclonal antibody suspension liquid are added to urine under test including hcG antigen. After shaking, the blended liquid is injected into the thin film 2, and buffer liquid including albumin is added. After the liquid has passed through the thin film, the test piece is pulled out of the adsorbing well 3, and reflectivity is measured at 540nm.
