PURPOSE:To expand the freedom of the transport path selection and the margin of the equipment layout by making the branch shape a twin-lead type in a device transporting charged particles to each equipment through a branch transport system path. CONSTITUTION:Two parallel linear transporting systems 2a, 2b with deflecting sections 3a, 3b respectively are branched from a linear transporting system 1. The transporting system 2a has a deflecting system 10a or the like branched to the left only, and the transporting system 2b has a deflecting system 16a or the like branched to the right only. Each branch system transports the charged particles having the completely achromatic and same charged particle characteristic to the preset equipment respectively via the standardized electromagnets. The transportation transfer from the deflecting system 10a to 16a, for example, is simply performed by the independent operation of the deflecting sections 3a, 3b respectively according to this constitution, and the margin for the layout of each equipment can be provided in the space between a beam dump 19 and the deflecting section 3a.
