发明名称 PRECISION DRIVING MECHANISM BY GEAR TRANSMISSION
摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate backlash by connecting a pinion meshed with a bull gear load side and a transmission roller adapted to transmit torque to a friction annular element on bull gear side when a clutch is on the output shaft side of gear reducing means. CONSTITUTION:A pinion 9 and a transmission roller 14 are connected to an output shaft 7 of reducing gear means 5, the pinion 9 is meshed with a bull gear 1 of a load shaft 2, and the transmission roller 14 is brought into contact with a friction annular element 11 provided on the bull gear 1. A clutch 13 is provided on the hollow second output shaft 12 of the transmission roller 14. In this case, the reduction gear ratio of the pinion 9 to the bull gear 21 is made equal to the reduction gear ration of the transmission roller 14 to the friction annular element 11. Only at the time of precision positioning rotation near stopping, the clutch 13 is connected to add torque transmission of the transmission roller 14, so that backlash can be eliminated. Thus, accurate positioning stop can be accomplished.
