PURPOSE:To attain a non-adjustment without eliminating the variance in the adjustment and a performance deterioration due to a secular change by providing a fluctuation part detecting means for detecting the fluctuation part of a supply voltage and impressing the detected fluctuation part to a modulating coil. CONSTITUTION:The change part of a high voltage control voltage EB is detected, this change part is superimposed on a modulated voltage Vm to make the voltage VDY between both the ends of a first scanning capacitor 8 constant. Namely, the change part of the high voltage control voltage (supply voltage) EB of the output of a high voltage stabilizing circuit 57 is detected, the detected output is immediately superimposed on the modulated voltage Vm to obtain a voltage V'm and make a horizontal deflecting current IDY constant irrespective of the change of the high voltage control voltage EB. Accordingly, it is not required to adjust and the deterioration in the performance due to the increase of an adjusting time, the variance in the adjustment and the secular change is eliminated.
