PURPOSE:To make it possible to combine a construction with a foundation pile with certainty by fixing a cut-off flange to the lower part of a head of the foundation pile, lapping a through both of the bottom plate of the construction and an access pipe thereon and placing concrete after drainage from the inside of them. CONSTITUTION:A cut-off flange 6 is fixed watertightly to the periphery of the lower part of the head 2A of a foundation pile 2 placed in the water. And, the head 2A is inserted into a through hole 4 to support a bottom plate 3 by the cut-off flange 6 and to seal watertightly the lower part of the through hole 4. Then, an access pipe 12 is vertically provided on the bottom plate 3A in correspondence with the through hole 4, and it is fixed watertightly to the bottom plate 3A by means of a flange section 13. Successively, the inside of access pipe 12 and through hole 4 is drained off, and concrete is poured and placed into the through hole 4 after welding reinforcements to the head 2A, then the access pipe 12 is removed. Further, the same works are executed for other foundation pile 2.
