PURPOSE:To manufacture a film of high antistatic properties by applying solution having a given solid content ratio of a charge transfer complex and a binder resin on a plastic film, drying and forming a coated film containing the charge transfer complex of a given quantity or more. CONSTITUTION:Solution having a solid content ratio of A and B in the range of 0.2-10 is blended by utilizing a solvent dissolving both of charge transfer complex A and a binder resin B, and it is applied on a plastic film and dried to adhere 0.001g/m<2> or more of the charge transfer complex in the film. The charge transfer complex is adjusted with a donor and an acceptor. As the donor, tetrethiafluvalene, tetrathiotetracene, quinoline or the like is used, while as an acceptor, tetracyanoquinodimethane, octadecyltetracyanoguinodimethane or the like is used. As the binder resin, various kinds of coating resin can be used and the solvent can be selected out of dimethylformamide, formamide, n-hexane, n-heptane and the like.
