PURPOSE:To obtain the title patch in which the active ingredients are rapidly absorbed through the skin to manifest excellent effects, by coating the base, on one surface, with a layer of high-polymer substance containing active ingredients and a carboxyl group-containing acrylic tackifier layer of low active ingredient content in order. CONSTITUTION:The base is coated, on one surface, with a high-polymer layer containing active ingredients, preferably an acrylic polymer layer of -70--10 deg.C, preferably -55--25 deg.C glass transition point, and a carboxyl- containing acrylic tackifier layer containing substantially no active ingredient, or a lower concentration of active ingredient than the polymer layer, preferably consisting of a copolymer from alkyl (meth)acrylate and (meth)acrylic acid, in order. It is preferred that the polymer layer contains 3-50wt.% of the active ingredients, while the tackifier layer, less than 10wt.%. The patch is advantageously used for rapid and durative absorption through skins of a hydropyridine Ca<2+> antagonist.
