PURPOSE:To increase the quantity of information of a data signal to be doubled by utilizing an in-phase signal in addition to a differential signal for the information transmission between a data terminal equipment and a subscriber circuit of an exchange. CONSTITUTION:In applying the information transmission using a 2-wire subscriber balanced line 2 between a terminal equipment 3 being a telephone set and a data terminal equipment and a subscriber circuit 1 of an exchange accommodating terminal equipments, and in the case of the information transmission between the telephone set and the subscriber circuit 1, a difference signal of a data input V1 or a voice is used, and in the case of the information transmission between the data terminal equipment and the subscriber circuit 1, both the differential signal being the voice or the data input V1 and the in-phase signal of a data input V2 are used. Thus, the information transmission quantity between the data terminal equipment 3 and the subscriber circuit 1 of the exchange is increased to be doubled by using the conventional subscriber line 2.
