PURPOSE:To prevent the deviation of alignment from being generated, by fixing a temporarily assembled liquid crystal panel on an attraction fixing board in a cabinet possible to be exhausted, superposing a transparent plastic sheet on it, and applying the light-hardening of a sealing compound pressurized and adhered by pressing. CONSTITUTION:Two sheets of substrates 10 and 9 are superposed so as not to generate the deviation of positions by descending the attraction jig 11 of a second electrode substrate 9, and pressurization is performed by cutting the attraction of the second electrode substrate 9 and blowing the air from an air pressurizing slit 15. Next, an adhered temporarily assembled liquid crystal panel is moved and placed on the attraction fixing board 20 of the substrate in the cabinet 22 of a pressurizing and hardening device, and a pressurizing plastic sheet 23 is covered on it, and the sheet is fixed by using a sheet fixing member 24, and exhaust is performed by applying vacuum attraction between the attraction fixing board 20 in the inside of the cabinet 22 of a bonding and hardening device and the plastic sheet 23, and UV irradiation is performed by an ultraviolet irradiation lamp 25 in a state where a uniform force is applied on the substrate, then, the hardening of the bonding agent is performed. In such a way, it is possible to prevent the deviation of the alignment of the substrate.
