PURPOSE:To obtain a high-performance anchor using the whole of fixing length by a method in which loads acting on tension members are transmitted to the depth and peripheral directions by utilizing the differences in the deformation characteristics of each load transmitter. CONSTITUTION:A load transmitter 9 has an uneven rough surface on its inner and peripheral surfaces are couplers so that forces are easily transmitted with grouts 11 and 12 to be injected to the inner and outer sides. The transmitter 9 has also different elastic modulus according to positions to be fitted onto the fixing length portions of each tension member. A specific grout 11 is injected into the load transmitter fitted on the fixing length portion and closed. Since uniform stress condition can be obtained over almost the whole fixing length of ground anchor, the effective transmission of force to the ground can be attained.
