PURPOSE:To make a magnetic circuit light in weight throughout, by coupling supporting members made of soft magnetic substance with a coupling member to make it squared structure between main yoke plates, and by arranging permanent magnets on the inside surface of main yoke plates. CONSTITUTION:Two pieces of a main yoke plate 10 are laminated, of which two sets are arranged with a space between them, making it a squared structure with their both ends secured with supporting members 12. Four pieces of permanent magnet 14 are stuck to each auxiliary yoke plate 16. Two pieces of permanent magnet 14 each are positioned side by side on the inside surface of each main yoke plate 10, facing the permanent magnets 14 of auxiliary yoke plate 16 on the opposite side with a gap between them. A main magnetic path is thereby formed so as to go through four pieces of permanent magnet 14, while on both sides an auxiliary magnetic path is formed which goes through two pieces of permanent magnet 14 and supporting members 12 respectively. As a result, the flux density in the permanent magnet gap section of the main magnetic path is improved.
