PURPOSE:To turn a coating solution, such as antistatic agent, etc., into a dry film on a subject, such as carpet, etc., quickly and uniformly by applying vibration to the subject to be coated simultaneously with applying a coating solution, extending and spreading the solution adhered to the subject by means of vibration and pressing said solution by means of a vibrating heat dissipation component from the upper side. CONSTITUTION:A vibration driving component 2 is supported and fixed to a device main body 1, and a vibrating heat dissipation component 10 supported to said vibration driving component 2 is provided on the lower side of the device main body 1. A heat source 13 such as a heater or the like is provided in said vibrating heat dissipation component 10, while a liquid discharge port 15 to discharge a solution containing a coating agent such as a chemical agent, an agent or the lie is provided in said vibrating heat dissipation component 10 or a place close by. A coating solution is spread all over a subject to be coated when above-said device is placed on the subject to be coated and actuated, and at the same time, the solution is diffused by the vibration and pressing the vibrating heat dissipation component, permeated all over the subject to be coated and dried immediately by the heat of the vibrating heat dissipation component. Thus the contact area and contact angle per unit period of time is increased and the solution can be turned into a dry film quickly and uniformly.
