PURPOSE:To alternately perform the tapping operations of a pair of treatment elements, by utilizing eccentric members and connection links not only to rotate the eccentric members around the axis parallel to a main shaft but also to mutually reversing the eccentric directions of a pair of the eccentric members having the treatment elements respectively connected thereto. CONSTITUTION:When a rotary shaft 12 is desired to be rotated but not a main shaft 1, eccentric members 7 rotate along with the rotary shaft 12 and, therefore, the connection links 8 moved with the rotation of the eccentric members 7 around the rotary shaft 12 move the arms 4 connected to ball joints 44. Since the movement of the arms 4 at this time becomes one revolving along with an outer wheel 3 around a stopped inner wheel 2, the treatment elements 5 at the leading ends of the arms 4 become linear reciprocating motion in an almost up-and-down direction in the view from the front though there is the effect according to the position of the inner wheel 2 and perform tapping massage. Since a pair of the eccentric members 7, 7 are mounted to the rotary shaft 2 so that the eccentric directions of both eccentric members 7, 7 become mutually reverse, the tapping operations of a pair of treatment elements 5, 5 are alternately performed left and right in the save way as tapping massage due to a person.
