PURPOSE:To eliminate and adjustable part by a variable resistor and to improve power efficiency by replacing an analog circuit by a digital circuit to suppress the power consumption of a power amplifier. CONSTITUTION:An adder 3 adds position error data DE and speed data DF. Since data is processed as digital data, it is possible to eliminate the adjustable part by replacing the analog circuit by the digital circuit. Also, a pulse width modulator 4 modulates the speed command value DM to pulse width at every period, and controls a motor 6 by the pulse string PM of the pulse width via a switching amplifier 5. In such a way, it is possible to replace the power amplifier used in a conventional device by the switching amplifier, and to reduce the power consumption.
