摘要 PURPOSE:To attain consecutive measurement of traffic state in real time by providing a gate opened under a prescribed condition taking a representative value by a prescribed number of vehicles as an object after passing of prescribed number of vehicles from a point of time of reading a representative value with respect to a marker in a 1st point. CONSTITUTION:An output signal S3 is given to an input/output quotient execution section 36 via gate section 111, 112 to be opened from a collation check section 35 when only one representative value equal to a representative value of a marker Mi at a passing time ti of a point A exists in a vehicle number gate NgB. Then a marker Mi' of a point B decides it as the same as the marker Mi of the point A to detect the passing of the section of the marker. Succeedingly, a 2nd gate setting section 114 is provided to check whether or not the same number of representative values equal to before and after the marker Mi of the corresponding point A exists as that in the gate NgB, when plural representative values of the marker Mi of the point A exist in the vehicle number gate NgA with respect to a B point representative value time series data. When the number is the same as a result, it is decided that the marker groups are coincident and the passing of the section of the marker groups are to be detected.
