PURPOSE:To eliminate uneven partial wear and always display the cutting quality of a cutter by allowing a sintered body to meander in the direction of thickness of a cutter base plate in boundary between two pressure pulverulent bodies. CONSTITUTION:Pressure pulverulent bodies 4 molded with pulverulent bodies containing super grains while being divided into two respectively are pressurized while being heated and sintered. These sintered bodies 14 are secured fixedly to the outer peripheral edge of a cutter base plate 16 to provide a desired super-grain cutter 10. Then, concave and convex lines 18a, 18b formed on the upper and lower sintered bodies 14 are secured fixedly to each other oppositely to the joint between two pressure pulverulent bodies 34 so that the sintered bodies 14 meander in the direction of thickness of cutter base plate 16 in the boundary between these bodies 34. Thus, in any portions of sintered body 14 exist super-grains like fine granules of diamond to eliminate partial uneven wear and always provide satisfactory cutting quality.
