The invention relates to a sheath made from solid and unperforated corrugated sheet metal 1 internally provided with corrugated metal sheets 2 for covering, providing, by virtue of the passage cross-section of the diffusion air, air flow rates which are greater than the conventional mean value. The height of the metal sheets 2 for covering is variable, and can vary the overall cross-section of the sheath as a function of the air flow rate required.
