PURPOSE:To enhance the quality and stabilize the operation by feeding a resin material from a central inlet in the longitudinal direction of rollers into between a front roll and a back roll, cutting out the kneaded resin material from outlets of rolls on the left and right side and discharging the same. CONSTITUTION:A front roll 1 and a back roll 2 are mounted in parallel on a frame 7, and the front roll 1 is revolved at high speed and the back roll 2 at low speed through a motor 8 and a speed reducer 9 or the like. A resin material is fed from a feeding chute 4 into a central inlet in the roll logitudinal direction between the front roll 1 and the back roll 2. The resin material fed therein is kneaded between the front roll 1 and the back roll 2, pushed by the resin material fed continuously and sent to outlets on the left and right side gradually. At that time, a doctor knife 14a of a cutting device 14 is in contact with the front roll 1 intermittently to peel off the resin material off the front roll 1 and sent toward the outlets. |
