PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated body having excellent gas permeation resistance and interlaminar adhesive force, by laminating a specific adhesive layer and a resin layer on a drawn film or an aluminum foil by means of a coextrusion lamination technique. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive layer is constituted of 40-97wt.% low crystalline or amorphous ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer (i) wherein melt flow rate is 0.1-50g/10min, density is 0.850-0.900g/cm<3>, ethylene content is 35-95mol.% and X-ray crystallinity is 40% or less, 0.1-20wt.% modified polyethylene (ii) modified by grafting unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative wherein amt. of grafting is 0.01-10wt.%, density is 0.905-0.980g/cm<3> and X-ray crystallinity is 45% or more, and 1-50wt.% tackifier (iii). A resin layer is selected from polyolefin, polyethylene terephthalate, saponified ethylenevinyl acetate copolymer, nylon, polycarbonate and polystyrene. The above described adhesive layer and resin layer are laminated on a drawn film or an aluminum foil by means of a coextrusion lamination technique. It is possible to obtain a laminated body having a sufficient interlaminar adhesive force without coating an anchor coating agent. |
