PURPOSE:To increase power before deceleration and reduce torque and load torque by disposing an accelerating gear mechanism, center differential gear, decelerating gear mechanism and differential gear between wheels on an axle sequentially in the mentioned order from the output portion of a transmission. CONSTITUTION:A transmission 3 is connected to the side of an engine through a clutch mechanism 2, while a transfer case 9 is formed in the rear portion of engine separately from the transmission case 4. Left and right axles 10a, 10b are disposed parallel to the output shaft 6 of transmission 3 in the respective case 4, 9. Then, on the axles 10a, 10b are disposed an accelerating gear mechanism 16, center differential gear 21, reduction gear mechanism 26, front differential gear 32 as differential gear between wheels, etc., sequentially in the mentioned order rightward from the output portion of transmission 3. Small torque power before speed reduction in the reduction gear mechanism 26 is increased by the accelerating gear mechanism 16, converted further to small torque and then sent to the input of center differential gear 21.
