PURPOSE:To release the resources, and to reduce the loss caused by a reallocation, by providing a use request unit management table, a resource management table and a resource allocation managing means, etc., and utilizing the periodicity of a resource allocation request from a use request unit. CONSTITUTION:In the resource allocation of specific resources of a computer system whose operation is periodical, a use request unit management table 2 and a resource management table 3 are provided. In the table 2, periodicity information, etc. are stored at every use request unit, and in the table 3, unallocated resource specific information, etc. are stored. In such a state, a resource allocation managing means 4 receives a resource allocation request from use request units U1-Un and allocates a resource allocation unit to each use request unit, while referring to an updating the table 2 and 3. Also, a resource release managing means 5 refers to an updates the table 2 by a request of each use request unit and manages release priority information. In this case, when the periodicity exists in the resource allocation request of the units U1-Un, the resources are released and the loss caused by a reallocation can be reduced. |
