PURPOSE:To lessen the deterioration of sensitivity and the dependence on exposure humidity by incorporating a silver halide particle which contains >=2mol.% silver chloride and is composed of a specified monodispersive silver chlorobromide, and at least one kind of a specified dyestuff, in the titled material, respectively. CONSTITUTION:The silver halide particle contains >=2mol.% silver chloride and is composed of the monodispersive silver chlorobromide which has an area ratio of Miller indices crystal faces satisfying the relationship shown by formula I. The tiled material comprises said silver halide particle and at least one kind of the dyestuff shown by formula II. In formula I, K is strength ratio of diffraction curves reverted to the crystal faces (200) and (222) measured by X ray diffraction analytical method. In formula II, X<1> and X<2> are each hydrogen atom or cyano group, etc., Y<1> and Y<2> are each hydrogen atom or an aromatic group, etc., Z<1> and Z<2> are each hydrogen atom or sulfonic acid group, etc., L<1>-L<3> are each methine group, (m) is 0, 1 or 2, M<n(+)> is n-valent cation, (n) is 1 or 3, R<1>-R<6> are each hydrogen atom or an aliphatic group, etc. Thus, the deterioration of sensitivity is lessened, and the dependence on the exposure humidity is lessened. |
