PURPOSE:To cause switches themselves to function as a displaying panel, to output information to the external part by means of an input from the external part, and to display many pieces of information by means of a few switches by providing a displayable displaying panel to display two or more pieces of information and a push switch to operate one part of a displaying surface. CONSTITUTION:An LCD displaying panel 3 is fixed on the surface of a substrate 2 of a switching device 1, a push button switch 4 is fixed on the lower surface, an operating board 5 is arranged at the upper side of the substrate 2, and a transparent window 6 is arranged in the middle of the panel 3. Between an external input terminal Din and an external output terminal Dout for inputting information and outputting information of the electric circuit part of the device 1, a shift register 14 for a display output and a shift register 15 for a switch input are interposed through switching circuits 12 and 13 in parallel. The signal of a switch 4 detects by a switch output detecting circuit 19 is inputted to the register 15, and the output of the register 14 is displayed on the panel 3 and an LED 18 for a back line.
