PURPOSE: To image a necessary area on a display screen by controlling a printer according to the output signal from a blanking composition circuit, and also displaying the video signal from a computer and a frame signal for extracting an image one over the other. CONSTITUTION: The video signal V1 supplied from the computer 1 is supplied to a branch circuit 4A, branched, and displayed on a CRT display device 2. An operator selects and sets an unnecessary area to be imaged through a blanking setting part 7 while monitoring a CRT screen. With the setting output, a blanking part 6 generates a frame setting signal V3 , which is superposed to display a composite signal V5 . Further, the blanking signal V2 from the blanking part 6 is supplied to a blanking composition circuit 8 and supplied to a printer control part 5, so that only a necessary part can be imaged. |
