EL plane indication element consists of (i) the formation of x- electrode assembly (21) on the one side face of glass base-plate (20) excavated at the regular depth, (ii) the formation of lower insulating layer (22), fluorescence layer (23) and upper insulating layer (24) on the x-electrode assembly in order, (iii) the vacuum evaporation of TaS insulating material for prevention of moisture and improvement of contrast, (iv) inserting of the rubber connector (27) for exposure of the x-electrode assembly, and (v) the formation of moisture-proof silicon resin layer (28) for fixing the rubber connector and cutting off the outside moisture.
