<p>A full-wave peak detector device (1), of a type which comprises a differential cell (2) having first (T1) and second (T2) transistors with their respective emitters (E1,E2) interconnected, and a filter capacitor (C) having one end connected to the base (B2) of said second transistor (T2) and the other end connected to ground, further comprises a third transistor (T3) having its collector (C3) and emitter (E3) respectively connected to the collector (C1) and the emitter (E1) of the first transistor (T1) in the differential cell (2). This device (1) can be connected directly to the output of a differential stage (3) having applied to its inputs a signal with a high rate of amplitude modulation.</p> |
