FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in preparing to operation of air tuyeres of blast furnaces. To achieve technical result in preparation of blast furnace air tuyere for operation, which involves application of aluminium-containing gas-thermal coating on working surface of tuyere, thermal treatment of tuyere and applying layer of boron-containing coating, the plaster is applied on aluminic coating, and after heat treatment of plaster is applied on welded seams. Boron-containing coating used is abrasion-resistant refractory coating on basis of boron carbide or high temperature boron nitride-based coating.EFFECT: higher resistance of tuyere in operation.3 cl, 4 ex |
