PURPOSE:To present comfortable service by evaluating the condition of an objective system and control condition, and presenting the suitable information based on a human information service rule. CONSTITUTION:A processing program in an information service device 20 is activated when a guest arrives at a hall, and pushes an elevator calling button, and periodically thereafter at a certain time. First, the system condition such as the waiting time in the hall, and the control condition such as the expected waiting time until the arrival of the elevator are inputted to the information service device 20. The device 20 catches the combination condition between the system condition and the control condition as a Fuzzy quantity, proceeds the process based on a human service rule, selects the most satisfactory rule out of the respective ones, and outputs information service contents 32 described in the information service rule from a character graphic display device 50 and a voice synthesizing device 60. Thus, the suitable information can be presented, and the comfortable information service is attained.
