PURPOSE:To simplify the program conversion and the program input/output by modulating a carrier wave via the data, carrying out the communication of data to be demodulated, and using a program of a simple language. CONSTITUTION:When a program loader 17 is started, the program data of a single language form is fetched from a data communication port 1, and input part 13 or a circuit terminal 2 and written into a program memory 10. A program interpreting part 11 gives the pointer designation 101 to the memory 10 and reads the program data 100 written by a program loader 17 out of the memory 10. The sequence is controlled by the read-out data. At the same time, a prescribed instruction signal 102 is sent to a control/process part 12 for control of each part of a data communication terminal equipment. The part 12 controls a MODEM part 15 based on an instruction signal 102 received from the part 11 to attain the data communication for the data input/output processing, etc.
