摘要

The circuit controls address lines which read and write the video signal in memory for frame store type high resolution TV. The circuit converts the sequential scanning type video signal input to the digital code and writes to the memory at normal speed and accesses at twice the speed utilizing the clock pulse having twice the speed than the sampling frequency of A/D converter.
