The present invention relates to a device and a method for providing vehicle accident information. The device and the method for providing vehicle accident information are to consider and rapidly correspond to situations inside and outside a vehicle, which are changed in real time, when a vehicle accident occurs. The device for providing vehicle accident information includes: a memory storing multiple commands; and a processor connected to the memory and corresponding to the multiple commands. The multiple commands include: an accident sensing command sensing the vehicle accident using a vehicle terminal device connected to a server via a wireless communication network; an accident information collecting command collecting the accident information using the vehicle terminal device when the accident is sensed; an accident information transmitting command transmitting the accident information to the server using the vehicle terminal device; a situation information collecting command collecting situation information using a mobile device connected to the server via the wireless communication network; and a situation information transmitting command transmitting situation information to the server using the mobile device.
