PURPOSE:To measure various kinds of objects to be measured with high resolution with one set of device by making a collimator wall movable. CONSTITUTION:A collimator is constituted in a position CT device by arranging collimator walls 14a-14m at intervals and detector groups 4a-4n are respectively provided at spaces between each collimator wall 14a-14m. Each of the collimator walls is constituted by arranging plural collimator elements 2 at regular intervals on a circumferential CR in somewhat overlapped states. The collimator elements 2 are fitted to the detector groups 4 of each point P on the circumferential CR of an annular member supporting the detector groups 4 in a rotatable state. Therefore, since the height (h) and size of the central part 3 of the collimator can be adjusted to the size of an object to be measured, various kinds of objects can be measured with high resolution with one set of device and, since the replacement of the collimator walls is not required, the operatability and safety of the device can be improved.
