PURPOSE:To prevent damage or breakage of a lateral pressing jig and a sheet of a sheet laminate, by bringing separated lateral plates in contact with an outer lateral surface of said sheet laminate, providing an outer frame surrounding said lateral plates, pressuring and heating the same. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of square ceramic green sheets 2 each having a conductive body of predetermined pattern printed on the surface thereof are laminated to obtain a laminate of sheets 1. A lower end of a guide pin 7 is inserted into respective guide hole 6 at each corner of a lower plate 5. The guide pin 7 stands upright. The sheet laminate 1 and a pressuring plate 8 are laminated alternately onto the lower plate 5. At this time, each guide pin 7 is inserted into a guide hole 3 of each sheet 2 and a guide hole 9 of each pressuring plate 8, and an upper plate 10 overlapped onto the uppermost of the pressuring plates 8. A plurality of lateral plates 11, 11, 12, 12 independent of each other, that is, separated from each other are brought in touch with the whole peripheral lateral surface of a laminated body. An outer frame 13 of a square pipe is inserted from outside into the lateral plates to be in touch with the outer surface thereof. In this state, the laminated body is pressed in an overlapping direction and heated. |
