PURPOSE:To make the charging information file small in the capacity and to improve the utilizing efficiency by adopting the constitution such that the charging information file is assigned dynamically in response to the quantity of detailed charging information for each charging time band. CONSTITUTION:Upon the receipt of a request storing detailed charging information collected by a detailed charging information collection processing unit 2 into a charging information file, a detailed charging information storage processing unit 3 extracts a present charging time band number from a charging time band switching processing unit 4 and stores the detailed charging information to a charging information file 5 having a corresponding charging time band number 6. If the charging information file 5 of the corresponding time band number does not exists, a new idle charging information file 5 is secured and the number of the present charging time band is set as the charging time band number 6 and the detailed charging information is stored. Moreover, when the quantity of information exceeds the capacity of the charging information file 5, the next charging information file 5 is secured to store the information. Thus, the operating efficiency of the file is improved and an external storage capacity of a large capacity is not required.
