PURPOSE:To improve warmth-keeping characteristic and prevent radio interference by disposing a coil under a pan to constitute an induction heating type utilizing an inverter and turning the inverter and a warmth-keeping heater on and off by turns at the time of keeping warmth. CONSTITUTION:When a cooking process is finished and a warmth-keeping process begins, an input power smaller than that at the time of cooking is set with an input power setting means 10. A control means 11, receiving outputs from a warmth-keeping judgement means 3 and a timer counter 4, gives an off signal to both a warmth-keeping heater driving means 6 and an inverter driving means 6 when the temperature of a pan 1 is above the warmth-keeping temperature. When the temperature of the pan 1 is below the warmth-keeping temperature, the means 9 and the means 6 are turned on and off by turns at time intervals predetermined by the counter 4. This arrangement makes it possible to optimally set the warmth-keeping characteristics of the upper and lower parts of the pan and to prevent radio interference. |
