PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition with readily carrying out crosslinking reaction, by treating specific crystalline propylene copolymer, etc., with alcohol containing alkali (earth) metal. CONSTITUTION:(A) Crystalline propylene copolymer obtained by polymerization of alkenylsilane and propylene in the presence of stereospecific catalyst (preferably catalyst system composed of transition metal catalyst and organic metallic compound) is mixed with polypropylene not containing said alkenylsilane and resultant mixture is contacted with (C) alcohol such as ethanol in which 0.001-1mol% alkali metal and alkaline earth metal are dissolved and subjected to crosslinking reaction to afford the aimed composition. |
