A sauna oven with a heating device for air, at least one liquid reservoir for liquid to be evaporated and a heating device allocated to this liquid reservoir, is to be used to find a solution by which such a dry air/moist air operation is facilitated with simple means, the special structural features of this solution permitting existing sauna ovens to be refitted, in particular. This is achieved in that the liquid reservoir is designed as a water box arranged between two panel radiators. <IMAGE>
