The present disclosure is related to a constructive system based on modular prefabricated panels associated with other constructive elements such as PTR columns and IPR beams; wherein the panels comprise vertical and horizontal grooves on their front and back faces; where the upper and lower edges are flat and the side edges may be flat or comprising at least one lateral edge, a protruding brow for coupling with another adjoining panel. Metal bushings configured in the same way that of the shape of the corresponding upper, lower and lateral edges, fixed by embracing the corresponding edge and defining a peripheral frame and the grooved bushings are fixed in the vertical and horizontal grooves of both sides of the panel; where said vertical and horizontal grooves of both front and back faces, are adapted to receive reinforcing rods which are projected vertically and horizontally; said rods joining together at their ends and at their intersection points, to define together a crosslinked microstructure and wherein both the front and back faces of said panels are adapted to receive at least a first layer of a high plasticity paste, water repellent, with excellent adhesion and hardness; adapted to receive and hold adhered on said front and back sides at least one layer of fiberglass mesh and finally, at least a finishing layer of the same paste to refine both sides of the panel. |
