The central pivot ball joint is intended for triangular suspension arms in motor vehicles and has a sealing bellows (3) which is attached on the one hand externally, on a housing (5) holding the joint ball (7) in an elastic joint shell (6), and on the other hand in a recess (9) on the ball pivot body (1), which has a flange (1a), extending radially with respect to the longitudinal axis of the ball pivot body (1), with means for attachment to the triangular suspension arm and with a material accumulation on the transition of the flange (1a) in the ball pivot body (1). The recess (9) for attachment of the sealing bellows (3) is arranged in the radially extending flange (1a) of the ball pivot body (1), outside the material accumulation provided at the transition. |
