PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing attachment structure capable of ensuring excellent waterproofness, and to provide a connector.SOLUTION: In a packing attachment structure including a housing 21 having a cylindrical portion 23 for housing a terminal and a hood portion 22a, a packing 11 and a jig 51, the packing is attached tightly to the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion for housing a terminal. A jig has protrusions 56, as engaging portions, formed on the end face 52a of the body 52 so as to correspond to the shape of the packing. Since recesses 15 are formed, as portions engaging with the protrusions, in the packing 11 so that the packing does not drop to the inside of the housing, waterproofness is prevented from being impaired. |
