PURPOSE:To suppress the fluctuation of an input level for that of a source voltage by providing a first conducting MOS transistor, a reverse conducting MOS transistor, and a resistor. CONSTITUTION:When the source voltage is set at V and an input voltage Vi1 is inputted, the source potential of a P-type MOS transistor 1 goes less by the voltage drop of a resistance element 6 than source potential. And the input level is decided by a ratio of resistance of the sum of the on-resistance of the P-type MOS transistor 1 and a resistance element 6 to the on-resistance of an N-type MOS transistor 2. Next, when the source voltage is increased to V2 and the input voltage i2 is inputted, the on-resistance of both transistors are decreased, and a through current is increased. At this time, the reduction ratio of the on-resistance of the P-type MOS transistor 1 is decreased, and the input level is shifted downward, therefore, it is possible to suppress the input level from being increased at the time of observing it as an absolute value. |
