PURPOSE:To improve an exposed visible image property and to prevent the generation of scumming at the time of printing by providing a photosensitive layer contg. a specific diazo resin on a base subjected to a surface treatment with the sol of the compd. of a metal. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive layer contg. the diazo resin expressed by the formula I is provided on the base subjected to the surface treatment with the sol of the compd. of the metal. In the formula I, R<1>X, R<2> and R<3> respectively denote a hydrogen atom, alkyl group or alkoxy group; R<4> denotes a hydrogen atom, alkyl group or phenyl group, x denotes PF6 or BF4; Y denotes -NH-, -S- or -O-. The exposed visible image property which can easily identify the non-image part and the image part after exposing is improved in this way and the staining of the planographic printing plate obtd. by development at the time of printing is substantially prevented. |
