The purpose of the present invention is to provide a headrest which, when returned from a tilted forward position to a usage position, can be locked in place reliably, without requiring high-accuracy components or assembly accuracy. This vehicle seat headrest (4) comprises a stay (402) which is held on the seatback side, and a headrest body (4A) which is supported so as to be able to be rotated forward from the usage position with respect to the stay (402), the vehicle seat headrest (4) further comprising a locking mechanism (500) which fixes the rotational position of the headrest body (4A) with respect to the stay (402) at the usage position, and a stopper mechanism (600) that does not engage with the restricting part at the usage position and that engages with the restricting part when the headrest body (4A) moves backwards from the usage position, restricting the backward movement of the headrest body (4A). |
