PURPOSE:To obtain a composition of improved heat resistance by mixing a guanamine compound with an N-substituted unsaturated imide compound. CONSTITUTION:A composition is obtained by mixing 1 equivalent (per unit guanamine ring) of a compound having at least one guanamine ring (e.g., benzoguanamine) with 1-10 equivalent (per unit N-substituted unsaturated imide group) of a compound having at least one N-substituted unsaturated imide group (e.g., monophenylmaleimide) and, optionally, a polyepoxy compound (e.g., bisphenol A diglycidyl ether), a curing agent (e.g., phenolic resin), a curing catalyst (e.g., triethanolamine), etc., This composition is crosslinked by heating to obtain a polymer. |
