PURPOSE:To execute an alignment operation accurately without forming a reference pattern especially for the alignment operation by a method wherein a prescribed part of a conductor pattern formed on a lowermost layer is used as a reference and an alignment mark of another layer is overlapped on it. CONSTITUTION:As an alignment method when a plurality of patterns are screen- printed on a thick-film board, a prescribed part 10a of a conductor pattern 10 formed on a lowermost layer is used as a reference; an alignment mark 20a of another layer is overleaped on it; the individual patterns are aligned. For example, a conductor pattern 10 of a lowermost layer is formed on a board 1 by a screen-printing operation. Then, a prescribed part of the conductor pattern 10, preferably a right-angled part 10a, is used as a reference pattern for alignment; an alignment mark 20a is formed on a screen plate 20 used to print the patterns to be formed on it. In this case, when pattern widths of the conductor pattern are set as A, B and a longitudinal width and a transverse width of individual sides of the alignment mark 20a are set as C and D, respectively; it is preferable that A=C and B=D. |
