This refrigeration cycle device has: a channel for refrigerant used in cooling (93) formed such that the heat from the refrigerant flowing in the channel for refrigerant used in cooling (93) passes through a location where the heat is conducted to an inverter heat dissipating unit (111); a first oil channel (90) formed such that the heat from refrigerating machine oil flowing in the first oil channel (90) passes through a location where the heat is not conducted to the inverter heat dissipating unit (111); a second oil channel (91) formed such that the heat from refrigerating machine oil flowing in the second oil channel (91) passes through a location where the heat is conducted to the inverter heat dissipating unit (111); and a control device (7) that controls a second pressure reducing device and an oil flow control means on the basis of values detected by an inverter temperature detection device (112).
