PURPOSE:To obtain the title device especially preferable for producing high polymerized matter by providing a partition plate in the inside of the holizontal reaction device having two revolving shaft so that the reaction device is devided into two chambers of front and rear ones, and installing specified agitation blades respectively in each chamber. CONSTITUTION:The partition plate 7 devides the inside of the vessel main body 1 having revolving shafts 2a, 2b into a front chamber and a rear chamber. The front chamber is provided with agitation blades 5 consisting of annular supporting plates 3 and scraping plates 4, and the rear chamber is provided with agitation blades 14 consisting of bar type connected rectangular frames 8a, 8b. In this case, the agitation blades 5 and the bar type rectangular frames 6a are fixed to the revolving shafts 2a, 2b so that the top end parts of the blades and frames passes in the near part of the revolving shafts 2a, 2b. The high viscous liquid supplied from a nozzle 10 is always exposed with new surfaces made by the brades 5 fixed to the shaft 2a, 2b revolving in opposite direction each other in the front chamber to promote the reaction while the volatile components are evaporated and the viscosity is gradually increased, and the liquid is sent to the rear chamber. The liquid of high viscosity sent to the rear chamber is exposed with new surfaces by blades 14 revolved in the same way as in the front chamber to promote the reaction and gradually increased in viscosity and taken out from a liquid outlet nozzle 11. |
