The rearview mirror on a vehicle, while in operation in rain, automatically washes the mirror face with rain water received through holes (4) under stop plate (5) on top of the support frame (1) and led over guide plates (7),(8) on top of the mirror. Rain water flushes over the mirror face to eliminate the use of a wiper.
